Flow Fusion
Flow is the perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates, choreographed to upbeat, energising music that keeps you moving and motivated!
This dynamic class is designed to:
Build Core Strength – Engage your powerhouse muscles
Improve Balance – Incorporate flowing transitions to challenge your stability.
Enhance Mobility & Flexibility – Stretch and lengthen your body through fluid, feel-good sequences.

FitFlow Focus
FitFlow Focus (Adult class)
A dynamic freestyle yoga session with a three-phase structure:

Fit: A barefoot functional fitness segment that uses bodyweight movements and yoga-inspired exercises to challenge your body.

Flow: A segment designed to connect the body and mind through the development of a flowing yoga sequence.

Focus: A calming practice of meditation and breathwork to center and clear the mind
